One could see the layer lines and feel the ridges.<\/p>\n<p>But here was the reality: With Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), smooth, isotropic, professional-quality surfaces were obtained straight off the printer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No obvious lines<\/li>\n<li>A consistent finish<\/li>\n<li>Ready for use in the real world\u2014from prototypes to end-use parts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If layer lines were still pictured when hearing &#8222;3D printing,&#8221; it was because MJF parts had yet to be seen.<\/p>\n<p>So the question wasn&#8217;t &#8222;Is it going to look rough?&#8221;.
