From the scanned part, our team created a CAD model (geometry), corrected for damage, printed, and validated a full batch of 30 replacement parts in #PA12 (to validated dimensions). All parts were ready for installation \u2013 taking only 5 days from the initial breakage to having new parts ready for replacement.<\/p>\n
Just because a product is no longer made does not mean it cannot be manufactured. Using 3D scanning and additive manufacturing, the physical part becomes the documentation, allowing us to build the part from that alone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
