Yes, we can create prototype samples for approval before proceeding with larger production runs.
Do you offer post-processing and surface finishing services for 3D-printed or milled parts?
Yes, we provide PolyShoot surfacing, vibro tumbling, vapor smoothening, DeepDye coloring, spray painting and other post-processing services to meet the required aesthetic and functional specifications.
3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering
What is 3D scanning, and how does it work?
3D scanning is a non-contact measurement technology that captures an object’s shape and dimensions to create a high-precision 3D model. We use structured light and laser scanning for maximum accuracy.
How accurate is your 3D scanning service?
3D printing offers significant benefits, including rapid production, design flexibility, cost-effectiveness for small batches, and the ability to create complex geometries that are difficult with conventional methods.
Can you replicate or restore historical or artistic objects?
Yes, we specialize in 3D scanning and reverse engineering, which allows us to replicate, restore, or modify historical and artistic objects with high precision.
What quality control measures do you use?
We perform rigorous dimensional inspections, 3D scanning-based verification, material testing, and functional testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
Milling Services
What is CNC milling?
CNC milling is a precision machining process that uses computer-controlled rotating cutting tools to remove material from a solid block, creating complex parts with high accuracy.
What types of CNC technologies do you use?
We use advanced 3-axis and 5+1-axis CNC milling technologies, allowing us to create complex and highly precise components from a wide range of materials.
Can you produce lightweight components for aerospace or automotive applications?
Yes, we specialize in topology optimization and lightweight structures, using advanced 3D printing and CNC machining techniques to create strong but lightweight components.
What are the advantages of 5+1-axis CNC machining?
5+1-axis CNC machining allows for complex geometries, fewer setups, better accuracy, and reduced lead times, making it ideal for aerospace, medical, and high-precision parts.
Prototyping & Product Development
Can you assist with project development from concept to final product?
Yes, we provide comprehensive services from the initial concept to the final product. Our team works closely with clients to understand their vision, offer expert advice, and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded after we deliver finished products or services.
