Last week we participated at the Lithuania-Czech Business Forum in Vilnius during Czech President Petr Pavel’s official trip to Lithuania. The forum brought together representatives of companies involved in Defense & Security, or Biotech. It was remarkable to see how much international collaboration is becoming important.

To me the most impactful aspect was simply having conversations. Because that’s where the biggest projects start. Not around PowerPoint presentations. Not in PPT slides. But by having honest dialogue between people who are working to solve real-world problems.

One conversation can lead to an idea. An idea can lead to working together. Working together can create lasting impact. That’s how real progress happens! 🤝
