We recently conducted a detailed surface finishing comparison on PA 12 (SLS) with different finishes using our 3D surface profiler (S lynx Compact). The results are as follows:

➤ PA 12 (SLS) with paint and polyshot: 13.38 µm
➤ PA 12 (SLS) with paint and vapor smoothing: 12.13 µm
